Performance

Master Lease

  • Owner receives 90% of rent as received by Management
  • Offers similar experience to management with the ability to structure differently as needed by owner

Guaranteed

Master Lease

  • Owner is paid my Master Tenant (management) each month a rate determined by both parties. Rent is generally 30% under market value but rent is guaranteed to be paid every single month whether the tenants pay or not. We also handle all aspects of managing the home.

Owner Referral Program

  • $50 off your management fee for every person you refer to us
  • ½ off your management fee when they sign up for every unit they bring on!
  • Every lead you send also gets you entered into a drawing for $500 we draw once per year!

As a Military family, the importance of having a good property manager is crucial. You must trust them with ALL of your tenants needs, especially during home emergencies.
